I highly recommend going here to get your car parts checked and repaired. I got good honest and fair service with no BS. Here is what my experience with Rayes Alternator was like, and why I recommend them. I took my car to the local Auto Parts store to get my battery checked because it was not charging. The auto parts store told me my alternator was bad because it was only charging at 9 volts instead of the 13.5 volts or better needed to charge my battery and operate all the electrical components of my car. I took my alternator out to get it tested and repaired if needed by Rayes Alternators in Santa Ana because they have some good Google reviews. They tested my alternator and told me that it worked just fine. The person who tested it told me that the alternator did not have an internal v

1 star because I can’t put 0. Dude was rude at the very least over the phone. Apparently too busy to do tests. Not even a min and hung up. I guess he don’t want business? Who knows . Can only imagine how the actually work 😂

Went to have an alternator pulley changed from old one to new one and when I asked how much after changed the owner said $20.00! When I asked why so much he explained that he had to turn the compressor on! Wow! I understand we are in recession however that was ridiculous.
