I give Reynolds a 20/10 I have used them for the last few years and they never disappoint! Michelle is always super kind and beyond helpful. She stays on top of everything you never have to stress. The work they do here is amazing. I’ve had 2 brand new vehicles get body work here and they matched it all times very well, it looks perfect every time!! The customer service here is top notch!! Also enterprise works amazing with them the communication through both companies is top tier. I highly recommend Reynolds, you will be so happy you did!! Fantastic isn’t a big enough word to describe my experience at Reynolds Collision Center in Orange, VA!!! From the second I reached out to Michelle at Reynolds, I knew immediately I (and my car) were in the BEST, most professional and experienced hands I could have ever chosen to deal with my repairs. (For the very first time in my life, I hit a deer, but not just any deer…I had to start at the top with a 16 point buck!!!) Very happy to report that my Subaru Forester took the brunt of the trauma and force, all while keeping me safe inside the frame! But he did a number on my car as the attached pictures show. In less than a month, my service rep, Kelly, and the ever professional Michelle, kept me abreast of the situation, parts and expectations and let me know where we stood all along the

The Body Shop team is always Professional and courteous. Michelle has been an asset to me. She is always professional and cheerful. The Body Shop has a treasure named Ron; his kindness and Courteous personality are a blessing. Ron is certified to apply a protective coating over the paint on my car. He explained the process and did an excellent job. If you need body or paint work, go to Reynolds Subaru. He has a team of experts and I highly recommend this body shop for your Subaru family.

All of the folks at Reynolds that I come in contact with are friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious, and professional. They communicated with me frequently with details about the damage to my car and the progress being made on its repair. The finished product was a beautiful repair and finish. The car looks like new. It drives wonderfully. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
