If I could give more than five stars, I would. Chris at RGN Auto Services in New Braunfels is a rare find. While traveling, we ran into car trouble and were completely stuck. Chris: 1. Answered immediately, 2. Made multiple trips between our location, the parts store, and the dealership, and 3. Met our tow truck at his shop, personally made sure USAA knew where to send it, then worked tirelessly until the job was done—literally across two full days of diagnostics and repairs. Once he pinpointed the issue, he had us back on the road quickly and safely. What stood out even more was that he followed up the day I drove home just to make sure everything was still running smoothly. This was hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had—in any industry. Fair pricing, incredible work

I was loaded with work and reached out to another mobile mechanic here in new Braunfels. Customer was more then impressed and vehicle was diagnosed and repaired correctly! Chris went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend!!

5 stars! Best in town call him when anything goes wrong and Martinez shows up! Anything. This time is was my ac I have 5 kids and all in school and sports I needed it fix asap and he made it happen picked up my kids today and they were so thankful!!! Highly appreciated Highly recommend!!
