Francisco and his team really have an eye to do things right the first time and won't hesitate to tell you that it might take a little longer because they aren't satisfied. My M550i was side swiped in my neighborhood, reached out to RG through a contact, and have been pleased all the way. I also had him throw on a hood while it was in the shop, he was more than gracious to take on outside work..
