Been driving up there from the Boston area for years now. One of the cleanest older-model lots I've seen. NO, do NOT assume you'll be allowed in the yard, especially in winter. Treat the employees fairly & you'll get treated fairly in response.

I've gone there twice now. In the last 2 weeks been turned away, while other people are walking in. Because the guy at the window thinks that I can't pull apart up fast enough to close up their yard when all I needed to grab was a relay. The first time they're now an alternator which mind you I already started taking out yesterday. I used to love this junkyard, but it has gone down. Hill, so bad it's unreal. The employee at the window is rude. Disrespectful. Mind youI have more than enough time to go pull the part but because he refused to allow me in. I had to drive all the way back. To New Hampshire, just to race gas and come back tomorrow again

Called them before a snow storm about parts for a 30 year old S10. They had them! Couldn't get in the yard the day after the storm.....I get it....no problem. Called them a week later. Told them I was coming from 1 1/2 hours away. They checked the yard, called me back and confirmed. Got there and the vehicle was on top of another one. They pulled it down, left it in the aisle and let me go to work on it. Got my parts and paid a very fair price. No complaints. Great service. Very pleasant. What more can you ask for? Thanks.

Thoroughly impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Both the counter guy, fork truck operator, and yard guys. I was in today to remove and buy a tailgate for a minivan and it was on the outskirts of the yard stacked on top of another car. They were very helpful to pull it down for me to get the gate off with ease. This is a hidden gem in the quiet town of Pepperell.

My son's bmw twin turbo needed a motor change. I was hesitant to use this company because I never tried them before and I'm picky about who repairs and how much it costs. I called and was given a competitive price over the phone based on the hours to do the job. I brought the car for them to see it and then scheduled the job out a month and it was completed as they had quoted, on time and on budget with an engine I purchased. I would have used their junk yard engine but, found a better one for more money elsewhere.. While the buildings are basic, my car was worked on by someone familiar with engines/cars. It appears to have been done correctly and runs well. I was not given unexpected upsells etc. that could have been offered. I would definitely use this shop again!
