I called in the afternoon and he was able to come by that night to run a diagnostic. Came back next day and repaired everything fast and did a great job fixing the issue. Easy to communicate with, reliable, fast and fairly priced. Definitely recommend!

Had an emergency situation with my alternator and contacted them fairly late in the evening - they were out the next morning, on time, professional, and the cost was not bad either! A few days after Rhino Mobile Mechanics of Cleveland worked on my 2010 Honda CR-V, I noticed how relaxed I felt driving again. Before the repair, the car had been pulling slightly and making an odd sound when braking, which made me uneasy. The mechanic explained that a sticking brake caliper was the cause and walked me through what he was doing as he replaced it, without rushing or using jargon. What stayed with me afterward was the smooth, predictable feel of the brakes and the confidence that nothing had been overlooked. I don’t often leave reviews, but this experience truly deserves a five-star rating.

Contacted and was told someone would come out that same day after 2pm. Got a message at 3:30 from them saying they would not be coming and would instead come out the next day between 11-3p. The following day, I messaged at 10a and confirmed my appointment. I then received a message at 12:30p stating they had no one that could come complete the job. Extremely unprofessional and I still have a car that doesn’t run. If I had known, I would’ve called someone else from the beginning. I’m glad others have had good experiences but you’ve officially lost my business

Absolute life savers. I contacted about getting my starter replaced after feeling defeated before this big snow storm and they were able to send someone out and got the job done in less than an hour. Great quick service and hassle free. Thanks again Mike.
