I am sure many people looking at reviews are concerned about finding an honest mechanic they can trust. While I have only been to RI automotive once, I had a great experience. Elizabeth was a very friendly and professional receptionist while Collin was very responsive and helpful as the owner. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest mechanic. I had some shaking and rattling happening with my 2020 Ford Fusion which they easily diagnosed and repaired same day. The link they send you to show the inspection/diagnosis + repair costs made it very easy to follow along with and figure out what my cost was going to be prior to making the final decision on what to do. They also recommended some other maintenance but did not feel pushy or like sales pitch to get additional mon

Liz and Collin were amazing to work with. The team was so quick to help and provide great customer service every step of the way. I made a big mistake on my end and they were very understanding and handled it in a very respectable way. They provided help with rides while my car was being worked on, fixed up small things without being asked, and even had a custom welcome sign with my name. 10/10 would recommend. 2020 Range Rover Velar HSE. I had a great experience with the team at Ri Automotive. Pricing was extremely reasonable and communication was top notch. I received updates almost daily. I have made the switch from dealership service and this will be my new go to auto shop. Highly recommend - they had a dedicated Euro specialized mechanic work on my vehicle as it was an in depth service.

RI was great. I had a few issues with 2 of my vehicles and they were able to address those as well as a squealing belt that other shops were unable to fix. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was diagnosed correctly and did me right. I'll definitely go back.

I have taken my Cadillac and my sprinter. These people are really good with cars very knowledgeable. Liz is amazing. She always communicates with me on everything and this company has literally taken care of us very well. Now we are regular customers and I am happy that I can trust a mechanic shop with my two cars.
