Rice Tire

Unreal. I had gotten some new tires and took it to Rice Tire to get them on and balanced. They were not balanced correctly and so I took it back. They said they would get it fixed for me no charge. Okay cool. Went got it done and this is what they give me back. Take a look at the photos. My Audi looks busted because they got the weights on there with duct tape??? How is this okay?? What Audi or any other car do you see with duct tape on their wheels and think that’s okay. My Audi looks like it was balanced in someone’s backyard. Rice Tire used to be so good. They had my business with my personal cars and my business trucks I use for hauling. Never again man. So disappointed. Take your wheel’s elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and disappointment.

This is a professionally run tire shop. The manager, Jim Hoover, is 'TOP NOTCH.' The staff is polite, pleasant, easy to work with and honest. They keep their appointments and do a good job. Hard to find good people in this industry these days but these guys are very good.
