Rich and Sons Auto

I live in the Galesburg area and usually work on my vehicle myself. Ran into an issue I didn't have the tools for. Went out on a limb and reached out. I had my vehicle in the shop in a few days and up and running. When my car was fixed I was waiting to find a ride so I wouldn’t have to do the 20 minute walk in the rain. He literally went out of his way to come get me so I could grab my vehicle so I didn’t have to walk. You definitely won’t find that anywhere else. It’s a small town feel and small town hospitality that you don’t see much of anymore. Take pride in it and support your local business.
