We tried to purchase our new 5th wheel at our local CW dealership. After doing some research I discovered Rich and Sons in Grand Island NE. Jordan answered the phone when I called, that began a very forthright and enthusiastic conversation. He was amazing to work with, no high pressure sale just helpful information. Their starting price for our new Cougar 5th wheel started about $3,000 less than our local CW, not only was their starting price less they gave us more for our trade in. Our experience at Rich & Sons was top-notch. Our sales person, Amanda, was amazing. She was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, trustworthy, professional, and made it easy to purchase our dream camper. From the start, she listened to what we were looking for, and she was not pushy or overbearing -which was so important to us- and that made it easy to decide to purchase from this dealership. We had a great experience purchasing our new camper. Jordan our salesman was very helpful. He understood our must haves in a camper and was very patient with us, as we looked at a variety of different makes and models. After 3 trips to the dealership we were finally able to decide on the camper that best fit our families needs and wants in a new camper. Not once during our looking or purchasing process did Jordan ever try to rush us, push us towards something we didn’t want or try to get us to go over our budget. Terrible customer service. Poor workmanship. Had several things repaired and alot was done unprofessional and not happy with service and how they repaired our rv.Alot of things get brushed off without understanding we paid for this rv and feel that it should be repaired to our satisfaction not there's. We still have very concerned issues unhealthy issues that we are camping in and making up not feel good in staying in the rv any longer. Several things was not repaired correctly but they still got paid from keystone for fixing. We have leaks in slides and dirt dust and contaminated air coming into our rv pulled through storage and electrical compartment from being exsposed to the out door. We have complained about these issues and we get brushed off. Not happy and wouldn't recommend.
