Rich Tires

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a tire shop. I had my tires replaced in mid-November, and issues appeared the following day. After just over a month, one tire has already developed a bulge. The tire pressure they set was also excessively high. They are completely unprofessional and show no sense of service or responsibility.

expect to go here and have more problems than what you originally came with. first of all, the man that does majority of the work is not pleasant. he’s unprofessional and has screaming matches on the phone in between trying to talk to him for service. his demeanor is not approachable nor friendly. second, I’ve gone here for tire replacement twice now. the first time was to get all 4 of my tires replaced. yes, the prices are much more affordable than a dealership or chain mechanic - I paid $200 for 4 tires. however, I unknowingly left with tires that were not the correct size for my car. thankfully the tires were only slightly oversized so it didn’t lead to any suspension issues, but it’s ridiculous that I go to a business specifically for tires ONLY and they can’t even bother to put the ri

Just left the place he never took my tire off. He put a plug never check to see if it’s still leaking. I asked him to check the air rest of the tires cause he charged me $20 for a plug and you never jacked the car up or took the tire off. I asked to check the air and the rest of the tire you told me you do it. it’s too cold guys don’t go here overcharging and he’s a terrible person.

Terrible place, terrible service, and rude staff. I went there to change my tire, it took forty minutes, they let other people go ahead of me, and they still charged me for something they already had

Don't believe those other 4 reviews. Local guy. Went today. He does not speak good English. Seems cash only. He is not so cheap. He thinks he is. Not very nice. Says his prices are cheaper than Mr tires. Here's the deal. I tried to save a buck. He has no working tire balance machine. Looks like it will never get fixed. Pay the xtra go to a place with a receipt. Paid $80 to install 4 tires. I was to in a hurry to pay Walmart $18 each with lifetime balance on this Saturday and new stems. As Walmart is a headache. Go to Mr tire pepboys. Mavis. Mom and pop who has been around. He tightens the lugs . 1 at a time in a circle pattern. No torque.. I saved $50 and got hi way virbration.. I knew it . I was stupid.
