Richard Wright's Towing and Recovery

Quick response time, very professional from the dispatcher to the truck operator. Hooked us up and got us out of a ditch with no damage and had us on the way! If I could give 10 stars I would!

MY car broke down and I had to call a tow truck . Thankfully I choose Richard wrights towing because they were very professional and quickly came to tow my car ! The dispatcher was very nice and kept me informed along the way with times and everything needed for a pleasant experience!

Had a flat tire and needed a tow to a tire shop. They arrived sooner than expected. The tow truck driver Tommy was very cool, courteous and professional. Hopefully I won’t need a tow anytime soon but in the event I do, I I would call these guys! I definitely recommend!!

If you are in need of body or paint work, Richard Wright is excellent. I took my car to them for some minor body work and a complete paint job the same color. I was not completely satisfied with the finished product at first. I pointed out some areas of concern to Jerry, the body shop manager, and he kept the car and made it right. Now I will warn you they are busy. Don't be in a hurry to get your car. On the plus side, Richard did just buy a second paint booth, so moving forward, they should be able to get the work done faster.

My truck broke down in Swansea at 11:00 p.m. Sunday, August 19, 2023. I was stuck in the middle of the road. I called my insurance company, they told me that I was going to be sitting from 11pm till sometime around 2:00 a.m. waiting for a tow. The tow truck showed up an hour earlier than the eta I was given. The driver, Freddie was wonderful!!! Most drivers wouldn't have taken the time and care that Freddie did. He did everything to get my truck up on the tow bed safely, he even went as far as to remove the damaged wheel off of my truck to keep it from causing any more damage when he pulled my truck onto the tow bed. He loaded my truck quickly and did an amazing job when he dropped my truck off. He was very kind and Very helpful!!! I'll recommend Richard Wright's, towing and Freddie any da
