He responded very quickly when we contacted him about a crack in my windshield. Was very communicative over his time and schedule and price. He did not try to sell to a new windshield instead tried the cheapest option first. I was able to schedule him as soon as the next morning and he had a new window in place by the 45 minute mark. He even moved all of my stickers over to the new windshield without me asking. he had the best pricing I could find in the North Shore and the quickest response time. It even costed half of what other companies quoted. I 10 out of 10 recommend him

After being quoted $300-$450 for a windsheild I came across Richard's Auto Glass. I had never heard of them before. He quoted me much cheaper, and I was in & out in 30-35 mins. Call for an appt first. It's absolutely beautiful and so clean. He also does windsheild repairs for much cheaper then anyone in the Slidell area. Definitely wish I would've found him sooner. Talking to Richard you learn quickly that He cares about doing quality work for a reasonable price. While getting a new windshield on my 2000 Tubdra richard noticed a good bit of rust on the frame where the windshield mounts. He let me know that it will eventually be an issue but that he took steps to manage it for the time being and get me back on the road. It is dissapointing to find out about an issue like that but id much rather be aware than not know of it. I will for sure be a repeat customer and will make sure to let anyone I know in need of a new windshield or chip repair to call up Richard.

I just happen to call Richard's Auto Glass in Slidell Louisiana after Safelite Auto repair wanted to charge me $1,100 for a windshield. I called over here and paid a quarter of that for a brand new windshield. Mr Richard was very polite, honest and the customer service was phenomenal! I could not be more pleased. Not only that but it's also affordable. I recommend anyone who needs a repair or replacement to call Richard's Auto Glass in Slidell Louisiana and you will not be disappointed! I've posted before and after pictures of my windshield just so everyone can see what phenomenal job he did. And it only took him 30 minutes!
