I have been a longtime customer at Richards. I had grown to have a lot of respect for Richard and his knowledge of motor vehicles. He could always get the job done. I will be honest, I was hesitant to return when I heard the shop had new owners. A good friend ended up going in there for something and said they were really first rate over there. I ended up needing my car towed somewhere when it died on me over on Market St. I live by Richards and figured worst case, I could just get it towed home if they didn’t seem to my liking. The tow truck driver seemed to know them pretty well and had a lot of good things to say about them on the drive over there. I will say I am sold on the shop. I cannot say enough good and great things about this team of competent and honest professionals. Not only did they repair my automobile, they communicated with me regularly and honestly, answered all my questions, worked around my schedule as they could, and treated me like I was a truly valued client. The entire team from the front desk on back is fantastic. Heck, Jason even gave me a small tour of other jobs they were working on and I was so impressed. All I can say is … wow! No job seems too big or complex, they can take on anything with competence, integrity, and at a fair price. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know.

My experience with richards automotive was nothing but good. They are all in to help you any way they can. Their fair on their prices and do good work. Just recently coming back from redding our car developed a loud noise in the front end, we pulled into richards and they checked it for us, turned out we had a tire separate. He checked the problem, took our tire off so we could get to les swab for another tire, then put it back on for us afterwards and did it all for nothing. He didn't charge us for checking and removing the tire. Nice bunch of people, honest. He also did a quick over view of the under neath part of the car. I'm going there from here on out.

Took my daughter’s truck in and was a very good experience. We took the truck in to have the transmission looked at and in the process several other issues were identified. Some of the issues were significant. Richard’s took the time to work with us to prioritize the repairs. Great shop will be going back.
