This is the best auto shop in the city. I have 3 high mileage vehicles all over 100k miles and spend a lot of time in them driving all over the country for family trips and sports activities and these guys are the ones I trust to make sure I am not stranded with my 4 kids on some lonely stretch of roads. Brandon and the guys are always professional and do a great job explaining concerns and all options for repairs and maintenance.

Thank you to Richard’s Car Care for an excellent experience when buying new tires. I came in because I had a sudden flat. I knew my tires were terrible but really didn’t realize how unsafe they were. I was seated in their comfortable customer lounge and given a print out of a selection of appropriate tires. I selected what I thought the best option for my situation. The result has been that the car feels securely gripped to the road. The staff were all courteous and professional. I am delighted to have found a trusted place to go for repairs!

I came in to get a tire with a slow leak repaired and found out that my new (used) car had cracks in all the tires, so I needed a new set. They gave me several options in various price ranges and did not even show me any questionable brands. Then they gave me a ride home and came back to pick me up when everything was done a few hours later. My car is riding great. I will use their services again in the future.

Richard’s car care has always been prompt, professional and provided competent, solid auto maintenance services for us. Not the cheapest, (beats the dealer rate!)but as usual, you absolutely get what you pay for! RECOMMEND.👍🏻

Had low tire pressure. Thought it was die to extreme cold but was actually a nail. They repaired the tire at no charge & reviewed the tread so new tires not needed. I’ve been using them for years for multiple cars & they have always been good & fair
