Richie's Auto Body Shop

My cars been sitting there for 5 months! I've tried to remove my car but cant because he has my key locked up in the shop. I gave him the authorization to repair the car 5 months ago. It still has yet to be even touched!! No one is ever at the shop no matter what time of day it is. I've tried dozens of times to reach him the phone just goes to voicemail. I left messages, texts also. And gave left letters at his shop. Still to this day I cannot reach anyone. I dont know what to do but contact the police. He has a vehicle blocking my car so I cant even get it towed out or I would of done so a long time ago. Terrible terrible buisness man. I dont owe a penny, he didn't even attempt to work on the car in 5 months. And is holding my key. That costs $400 from the dealership in wich I cant even b
