This shop changed ownership probably 6 to 8 months ago. I have been a customer of theirs for many years before that. The new guys are great. Very service oriented and attentive and honest. That last one is a big deal in the car repair industry. Nobody knows everything and they will admit that upfront. But the honesty,, is strong. Highly recommend.

Othman is absolutely amazing. We take 3 vehicles to him and have never had any issues. Very honest and detailed. We now have referred him to my parents for their 3 cars and 4 friends now go to Richland Auto. I cannot recommend them enough.

I went to Richland Auto to have my brake pads and rotors replaced, my cracked windshield repaired, and a state inspection completed. Each visit was handled in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I believe the men operating Richland Auto have integrity and are very skilled. Richland Auto also provides a warranty on the work completed. I highly recommend using their services.

Othman is an incredible guy and very trustworthy mechanic. I work on most things on my vehicle because it's hard to find a great, knowledgeable, trustworthy mechanic with reasonable prices. I definitely will be bringing my car or cars back here anytime I need work done. 5 star place in my opinion.
