Today was my fourth time coming here and is certainly the last after this morning interaction with staff. When I arrived to drop off my car the lot was in complete disarray just like the previous times, so I pulled in to go inside and check in. To my error I did miss an open spot to park out of the way. One staff came out and asked for my keys so he could move my car into the open spot. I said I could move in, but he took my keys and kept repeating he would move into the open spot. He then proceeded to aggressively back my car up and then squeal my tires into that spot right in front of me!!! When he got out no apology he just said we will get the oil changed and call you. Took my car here for an Alignment since another shop recommended me to come here. Let’s just say that was the worse mistake ever, so I dropped off my car for my appointment and they said it would be about 45min to an hour. That’s cool I said just give me a call when it’s done I’ll come pick it up. Couple hours goes by I get a phone call saying they got my alignment done and took my car for test drive. I guess during the test drive the mechanic must of hit something and snapped my axle on my car. So I said ok are you gonna fix my car? I drove it there just fine, nope no responsibility at all. They are saying they did nothing wrong and that I can come get my car but it’s not drivable and would need to be towed. I just like wow what a shitty shop taking no responsibility. Always receive the BEST service from front office staff as well as mechanics who are simply the BEST!!! Staff is so friendly and helpful…. Pricing is so reasonable and is the BEST place to take your car…. Thank you all at Richlen for your outstanding service to our family and the community as well
