Was my first visit to Richmond Motors. I had my transmission fluid changed and the charge was exactly as quoted - very reasonable! The customer lounge was clean, comfortable, & pleasant. They are top of my list for any upcoming maintenance &/or future service!

This is the only place we take our cars for repair. The team is thoughtful, respectful and work is done in a great amount of time. And they follow with you every step of the way and keep you updated. I can’t recommend Scott and his team enough and for everything that they have Done for both of my cars.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Richmond Motors went above and beyond for us! They squeezed in one of our Nick’s Overhead Door Service trucks on short notice. We dropped it off late Monday afternoon and it was ready by Tuesday before closing. Great communication, fast turnaround, and excellent service. We truly appreciate it and highly recommend them!

I had stopped at 2 gas stations to fill a low tire, but their air compressor lines were frozen due to extreme cold. I went in asking if they could possibly fill my tire and see if they could see what caused the shimmy. A very kind man said he could help me out right away. He let me know I had ice/snow built up in the tire wells and they hosed it out and filled up the tire free of charge. They were so kind and went out of their way. Thank you!
