Richmond Star Smog

I had a really great experience at Richmond Star Smog. The whole process was incredibly quick — I was in and out with no hassle at all. The gentleman working there was very nice, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. There was absolutely no attitude, which is something you sometimes run into at smog shops. Instead, he took the time to be friendly and even gave me helpful advice about my car. He actually referred me to the shop next door to get my brakes done and explained the best way to handle it so I could get it done as affordably as possible. That kind of honesty and helpfulness really stood out. Overall, it was a top-notch experience. great services, efficient and thorough. even with 2 cars ahead i was only there about 20 minutes. pointed out some other things i should get fixed on the car, like a line on it's way out i hadn't caught. both the guy checking the car and the girl at the counter were very polite and respectful. cost was $68 for a 2001 which seems standard, though they have coupons on their website you may be able to utilise if it fits your vehicle.

Vince was experienced and very clear. He got me in and out with 15 min. Even gave me empowering advice with a maintenance item. He encouraged me to make this simple switch and now I know how to easily tackle installing hood lift supports! Wildly easy saving me lots of $$ and time!
