Shop owner left a review (below) giving his shop 5 stars. Pretty low and weird, after bashing one of the best used Subaru part shops around for meeting expectations. Reported his 5 star review, as it’s a pretty scummy thing to do and overall… weird.

I don’t know bout nobody else, but these guys are the real deal!! You would never know you car was in an accident. Customer service is top notch!! They are just good at what they do!!

Great shop with great people. I came in looking for rotors then they told me I didn’t need it. Saved me money in order to to put it elsewhere. I’ll refer everybody here

I spoke with a Brenda who was extremely rude to me while I was going over the Estimate of Record. She rushed me off the phone and said she didn't have time to explain to me. She ultimately hung up the phone on me and all I was trying to do is verify the additional amount She was charging me on top of the check that was issued to me by my insurance company. The first meeting time She was very nice, but she showed her true colors under pressure. This is poor customer service and should not be tolerated by anyone. I happen to have a witness as well to also hear how rude she was to me. I wouldn't recommend this business to the local community, or anyone.

I had good intentions of using this business for service, however, when I called to ask a quick question, Brenda was very rude, yelling over me, and actually hung up on me. These actions are unacceptable and prompted me to take my business elsewhere. I would NOT recommend this auto center to anyone.
