Had an outstanding experience as first time customer. Prior shop unfortunately had a major fire, researched near by shops, and now I understand why Richs Automotive is highly rated. Jake was easy to communicate with, polite, clear and honest, I quickly gained confidence in mutual understanding. This shop is dedicated to serving customers, including sourcing customer requested specific products. Super thorough evaluation, modern digital assessment report with pics, clear status information and recommendations. They knocked it out of the park, skillful technicians, prompt quality service, fair pricing, vehicle runs excellent. Rich and Jake are great. I’ve taken my mini van to them for various maintenance as well as my Corvette and regardless of how new or old the vehicle is, they and their team of mechanics have provided fantastic service. They explain the issue with expertise. Never try to “scare” you into a repair that isn’t needed and they keep you in the loop as your vehicle is being serviced. I will be bringing my son’s suv there next. Great work!

We're brand new to the area, and chose Rich's based on the recommendation of a friend. Our first contact - just to touch base and schedule a check up - was reassuring...back home we'd had the same car guy for (not kidding) 30 years, and we didn't think we'd find another service so down to earth or empathetic. But we knew after that first call we were making a good choice. Then, as luck would have it, we broke down on the Parkway and had to be towed home. Starting a new job, 90 minutes away, and no car. First-time customer-SUPER IMPRESSED! They serviced my Lexus with an oil change, brake pads, and rotors. Great prices (way better than the dealership), and Jake’s team had it all done in a few hours. Highly recommend!

My husband’s 2014 Tacoma needed a new starter and battery , the truck was towed to Rich’s automotive and he was informed about everything that was needed . The repair was done quickly and efficiently and he’s very satisfied with the repair. We have used Rich’s in the past and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future
