We needed an accessible car ASAP. Googled our area & found Rich’s. It was a Sunday but we went to look around anyway. Saw one that looked like a prospect so we went back on Monday. Met Rich & Jeff & told them our situation. They gave us an in-site to accessible cars we had never thought about. I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Rich. Let me tell you about how this came about… I contacted Rich and told him I was interested in replacing my current Honda (2011). He spent so much time with me to understand my requirements…. He asked about how I would be using the vehicle, about the space requirements I needed,, the carting around of kids paraphanelia (bikes, balls, uniforms - etc). I also told him I loved my Honda but it was just getting too small to hold our family as well as all the “stuff” necessary, and that I really wanted something that would be more comfortable on long family trips. A few weeks later - Rich called me with news that he found my car! It had all of the bells and whistles I wanted and a few which were (good) surprises! It was a color I loved

The Rich's repair team, and Dana have impressed me with their honestly, workmanship, and convenience. I struggled for years to find a good mechanic after mine retired, jumping around to different shops, and was recommended to Rich's by a friend. After a couple of years of routine service with Rich's I am very happy with their results, and advice. They also send someone out to pick up your car for service --which is awesome. While I can't speak to buying a car here, I do recommend you give them a try for repairs if you are in the Greater Reading area!
