Rich's Car Wash - Gulfport

The two women that were working seemed to be know it alls, having a conversation between the two of them about the front of our car. We tried to go through, and she said 'Can you hold on'. I asked her what the problem was and she sat there still talking to her coworker, ignoring me. Then told us she wouldn't allow us to go through (after we already paid the $25) because water would get into the radiator due to part of the bumper missing and the car wouldnt run. Then she stated she warned us and we could still go through if we wanted to. Well THANK YOU for your approval. We've been through plenty of car washes and SURPRISE, the car still runs. Never had this issue at any other place. Won't be coming here again.

A great car wash on a large lot with plenty of vacuuming lanes available, micro fiber cloths, and glass cleaner. Also go for the Graphene Glow!

The guy working said they were missing a roller at the end of the carwash however insisted that the carwash didn't make these scratches. These weren't there before entering the carwash! Beware drivers side front tire. They refuse to take responsibility.

This place is fabulous! I was able to detail my car like a professional and the staff was courteous and assisted when needed! The air freshener and wipes to care for your car were only a dollar! I will return again. You can join the Auto Wash club for only $20.00!👍🏼

They literally took off my back bumper of my car that had no accident on it. They are refusing to resolve this and repair the damage. The claim answer well we run thousands of car thru there with no damage from anyone else. Well if you look on here I'm not the only one with damage to their vehicle. Stuff happens and machines malfunction! Do the right thing and fix what you broke! I will be ending my membership there. Don't go unless you want your car damaged as well.
