Rich's Car Wash - Richmond 1464

used to be a very good car wash thats why 5 star visited today after almost 2 months they used to provide free car fresheners this time i ask for one straight said no those are only for members i ain’t visiting this place no more bruh you can give one and say next time you need to have a membership we all can afford this fresheners and they only cost a dollar plus. Look at my car after wash their blowers sucks 💀

Let me first start off by saying that the reason I rated this four out of five stars instead of a full 5 star rating is because they do not provide a full service detail option. That being said this car wash has everything you could want. One of my favorite aspects of the car wash is the fact that the vacuums that they provide have a very high suction. This is normally a point of failure for other carwashes in the sense that when under heavy use the suction is low. This is not a problem at this particular location. Another thing that is nice is that the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The last thing that I like about this location is the fact that they have a free to use rug shampoo machine.

This car wash has gotten so greedy. It used to be my go to by no anymore. They went from letting you vacuum to forcing you to pay for a wash (mediocre and possibly damage your car). They also will try to sign you up for a membership but are not straight forward about the details and stipulations. Beware.

I really dont like this car wash because they somehow leave damage on my car, AND my husbands car. Also they never dry the cars completely. And some of the vacuums dont even work!!! Always has loud music playing from other customers too. This car wash needs to get its life together fr. They are kind of rude too, the only person who was nice to me and helped me with anything was Jose!!

Quick quack car wash is cool but this is a was with science gorgeous everytime rain proof wash money well spent
