We recently had our 2013 Subaru repaired here, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final result. From the start, the team was professional, communicative, and just really great to work with. They made a stressful situation so much easier. When we picked up the car, we were thrilled with how everything turned out — and especially surprised (in the best way!) to see the car had been detailed. That extra touch was so thoughtful and really appreciated. After wasting time and energy with another shop, we wish we had come here first. Even though it was a bit of a drive, it was 100% worth it. The car looks and feels great, and we’ll absolutely be coming back if we ever need work done again. Thank you for everything — we’ll definitely be recommending you to friends and family

My rear wheel wells were rusted out which is a common problem with the older fords . Rich & Tom handled everything great , the work is top notch and the customer service is great too . Thank you to everyone there !!!

Excellent service and excellent communication! Rich's also did a great job in being flexible to fit my schedule. I hope I don't need collision service again but if I do Rich's will be my first choice.

The shop is very clean both inside and outside. Probably the cleanest looking auto body shop I have ever seen. The interaction with the repair people is very professional and and friendly. Absolutely no stress. I was texted regularly about the time it would take to repair the car and the car was ready on the originally estimated date. The shop took care of all the requirements with my insurance company, Allstate. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone.

This shop is by far the best body shop on the north fork!! My car hasn't looked this good since the day I bought it. High quality work and very friendly staff. Highly recommend this shop!!
