⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t thank this towing service enough! They showed up fast, Mr. Howie (towing service technician ) is incredibly friendly, professional and treated my vehicle with respect. Via my car warranty this company was contracted to come to me to tow my car. Upon arrival, I was explaining to Bryan what was going on with my car and he thought my car needed to a jump and simple battery replacement. I appreciate that he took the time to listen to what I had been experiencing leading up to the battery dying. After giving me a jump and showing me the issue wasn’t my alternator, we agreed I would replace the battery on my own. Bryan was so nice!! Since I didn’t actually get towed, I can’t speak to that service, but he was helpful, patient, and kind, which I really appreciated!

My experience with Rich’s Towing was great! I broke down in Jersey on my way home from NC. Mario, the driver called me to make sure he could locate us and showed up with a kind attitude and a smile! It was a Saturday night and I was towing my car to a local dealership. Mario noticed we were not local and immediately jumped in to help us find a hotel. He called his boss, explained the situation and let him know he might be a little longer so he could stay and help us. He stayed to make sure we had a hotel and an uber. On top of all the help and kindness, he texted me a video of the envelope and key being dropped in the key drop and a picture of my car at the dealership. 10/10 recommend this company. I had a terrible experience with Rich’s Towing in North Brunswick. Geico assigned them to me for roadside assistance, and I was told my insurance covers up to 20 miles. The shop I needed to get to was 27 miles away, so Geico contacted Rich’s Towing and they said I would have to pay $49 for the extra miles, which I agreed to. They gave me an estimated arrival time but showed up an hour late. Then, when the driver finally arrived, he suddenly told me the cost would actually be $130 because he “couldn’t take the parkway,” so the charge was more. This was never mentioned beforehand. The whole situation was unprofessional, frustrating, and felt very misleading. I would not recommend this towing company to anyone.

Out of all the tow truck drivers over the years this one had the best attitude and overall professionalism. I used AAA and they screwed up the address so Mario called to see where I was located. I send him my Location from my iPhone so he could locate my vehicle with ease. I felt safe with my car being towed to a local dealer and he handled everything with the Manager. I'm grateful for people who are friendly and do their job with a smile. Wish his family good luck in the future.
