Needed an oil change and John was able to get me in quickly. He also noticed my inspection was almost up and offered to perform inspection while vehicle in the shop all done in the same day and he didn’t try to push any additional services and made them which Potential things may need replaced by next year‘s inspection. I would highly recommend the shop!

Scott Richwine is simply the best. I started going to Richwine's when I broke down and needed a tow. Richwine's was the closest garage. Scott got me in right away for this unscheduled repair and I've been going back to him for all maintenance and repairs on both of our vehicles ever since . . . about 5 years now. I just had another major repair and Scott squeezed me into the schedule . . . even stayed 4 hours late to get my car back to me for a family emergency. You don't get that kind of service from dealer shops. Scott is honest, reliable, and fairly priced. He won't cut corners, but he never tries to sell you something you don't need, like so many dealership mechanics do. I'll never go anywhere else.

My Dad's 2004 Dodge Caravan (47,000) check-engine light was on all the time, and the left-rear brake had suddenly locked up. Scott correctly diagnosed and fixed both problems, took the extra time to answer questions, and freely shared his knowledge about an issue I was concerned about. My son-in-law has also used and appreciated Scott's work, and the prices charged are quite reasonable.

My car's air compressor went bad unable to drive to Richwine's he referred me to a tow company he said they were good and reasonably priced and yes they were! He had my car 2 days fixed and back running like new. I was very happy with the repairs and the price! Really nice guy it reminds me of the local mom and pop store but its a garage..he even took time out chit chat for a few minutes that means a lot to me it shows good buisnes . This was my first time at Richwine's. I generally go to chain shops, but given the COVID situation, I wanted to pipe my dollars towards a small business instead and Richwine's is located close to my home, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I was not disappointed. Scott is very professional and had no issues at all answering all of my questions on both the phone and in email. I had both of my vehicles in for inspection, plus tires on one, and services were performed without any issues. There are also no issues at all with crowds or getting in/out (some shops have issues with just even finding a parking spot, but this was not an issue at all at Richwine's), and overall things were just made very convenient and pleasant for us.
