Never coming here again. I specifically selected the check boxes for oil change which i prefer to do every 5k miles. It was not done. I did not want to wait for another hour to have them re-do it, just walked out. Now i need to spend another hour at different place to get it right. During last maintenance too, they did not reset the maintenance light which is very basic. I definitely not recommend to go here. This review is for my 4runner.

Had Nicole as my service advisor and she was very clear, professional, and courteous in making sure my car's necessary services were performed. She greeted me immediately upon entry and gave me an accurate time estimate for completion, allowing me to get some work done in the waiting room. Will be coming back for my next service!

I had an emergency with my tire and showed up at the Toyota service center last second, completely stressed — and Rahman was a lifesaver. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, even though it was such short notice. Rahman’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. You don’t meet people like him often! Outstanding service center! It's worth it just to drive through the fast lift doors! Spacious waiting area with snacks and drinks, plenty of power plugs, clean restroom. Advisors were very helpful and friendly.

As a loyal customer who has consistently brought my GR Corolla to Rick Hendrick Toyota Sandy Springs for maintenance, my recent 20K mile service experience was absolutely appalling and has completely destroyed my trust in this dealership. My service advisor, Rahman Barnwell, demonstrated shocking incompetence by entering the wrong vehicle information into their system, resulting in incorrect service being performed. After waiting two hours, I came out to discover that critical maintenance items (front/rear differential fluids and transfer case fluid changes and other items) were not done at all. When I questioned this oversight, instead of acknowledging the mistake, Mr. Barnwell condescendingly claimed ToyotaCare doesn't cover these services and I would need to pay extra. This is blatantl
