Rick’s Auto Body did an excellent job repairing the dents and scratches to the side of our SUV! It looks new again and you can’t tell it was repaired. They worked directly with the insurance company, communicated the repair process and status with us, and the work was done faster than another company quoted. Everyone in the office was pleasant and professional. We would definitely recommend Rick’s!

Rick's Auto Body is a family run business, and it definitely shows with the care they put into everything they do. They are thorough, meticulous in everything they do, are very transparent with detailed updates throughout the process, are ready to go to bat for you to when dealing with the insurance company to secure the highest quality parts, and are just generally very fair and pleasant to work with. It couldn't recommend them more highly. My car came back looking better than it did when I took it to them! Thanks to Dan and his team/family for all they do! I'd give them six stars if I could!

Very poor quality work. Gave ricks a 2nd try to make things right and it’s not even close. They cut into the inner quarter panel structure and their fix was to put a cap over the hole so you couldn’t see their screw up anymore. They didn’t actually fix anything all they did was cover their mistake up. Also left deep gouges in my door jam and all they did to fix this was glob on a bunch of touch of paint which doesn’t even match the paint in the door jam and the gouges are still very visible in plain sight.

Rick’s Auto Body did an excellent job repainting my car. They conduct business professionally and perform high quality work. We have had a much better experience with them than previous body shops.
