My vehicle was there for about a month for a misfire issue. Initially they charged me $160 to add washers to a loose coil pack. That didn’t solve it. Week after week I had to call for an update. I don’t think they ran any tests or did much of anything to figure out the issue after that. But they didn’t forget to charge me another $30 for gas they said they put in even though I got the car back with a quarter tank. Never again.

Unfortunately a few days ago we had to go to this place because our car was broken but apart from the fact that we had to wait almost an hour the tow truck then we arrived at this place very dirty there was a woman to say the least a bad manners a person I don't know a bit of courtesy I don't know yes she was the owner's wife but this one shouldn't be paying attention to the customer it's scary anyway very bad experience I'll never come back I don't recommend it to anyone

My car battery completely died today and I got amazing service at Rick’s! From the quick tow to the shop to the friendly service on the phone and at the front desk to the quick service, everything was smooth and easy and I was back on the road in no time. I’m from out of the area but if I lived near Middletown I would absolutely use Rick’s as my mechanic. I highly recommend them to anyone!

The service is excellent. They treat you like family and they do not overcharge and their prices are very reasonable I moved up here at 92 that's when they was on lake avenue and I've been the world customer ever since Nevada issue never had to take the car back I will highly recommend Rick's Auto and thank you for your expertise and courtesy and all that good stuff

Rick’s Auto is an amazing shop! The owners are honest and trustworthy! They will always tell it like it is and what your car needs. The prices are awesome, but what shines the most is their transparency and personable attitude towards their customers! I am a woman and in the auto world WE are always taken advantage of! I can honestly say coming here especially if you are a woman you won’t get jerked around like other mechanic shops!
