Called to ask a question about a down payment he answered and said ma’am you need to call me later I’m really busy and slammed the phone down ! If your that busy don’t answer the phone then ask how can I help you just to hang up in someone’s face VERY RUDE

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Extremely rude & demeaning. The guy never even asked my name before going off on a rant. I 10 out of 10 refer anyone to stay away from this place.

Rick has never been anything but nice, he works with you. Makes the prices easy to afford and wants you to keep your vehicle unlike a lot of these places.

He told me over the phone his vehicles were serviced completely and I was about to sign paperwork and my brother who's a certified mechanic pulls the oil dipstick and there's no oil in the engine and then my brother poliety points out there's a massive oil leak. And he flat out disrespected my brother and slammed the hood for no reason. We would have still got the car if he took care of this issue but him being disrespectful just lost him business he's a crook

Absolutely disrespectful when I pointed out the vehicle had no oil on the dipstick and had a massive oil leak his exact words as he was shutting the hood angerly was "I guess if your a mechanic I'm a orthodontist" Absolutely disrespectful when we treated him with nothing but respect. He's very disrespectful to alot of people from what I hear. And the reviews I see on here DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
