Ricks Automotive has serviced my automobiles since 2013 and had I known about them before hand I would have certainly used them. Rick the owner is very hands and available when I need to discuss any issues I may be having with my car. It’s nice to know that I TRULY have a personal mechanic that is always available to speak with me when needed. They truly go an extra mile with customer service to the by not only sending you an Appointment Confirmation/Reminder to a Follow Up Text the next day upon having your car serviced to make sure your satisfied with the service(s) performed. I do consider Rick’s Automotive to be my Personal Auto Mechanics and only wish it had not taken me 49 years to discover them. Ali Veal Happy Customer

Rick and his mechanics did an outstanding job on my car's engine. His prices were fair and he returned my car and a timely manner. I highly recommend Rick and his mechanic to do any automotive job. I will be returning if I have any issues with my car.

Very helpful! I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my vehicle, so I brought it in for a general diagnostic. I called just before a holiday weekend, but they got me in the following Monday. They kept me updated with everything they found, complete with explanations as to what was happening how it would affect my vehicle. They did not price gouge or try to push any additional costs or repairs onto me, and waited for my approval for anything that wasn’t necessary for safety concerns. Very transparent, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend.

In general , I had normal maintenance. Each communication with Scott and later with Rick , were really good and reassuring. Information delivered, helping me to make an informative decision. Follow through was great, also a follow up call from Rick asking how the car was handling since the service. Grateful for the work. It’s all expensive, knowing you made a good choice . Rick's Auto always takes good care of me and my car! They are honest, straight forward and quick to resolve any issues i may be experiencing! They tell me if an issue is urgent and has to be taken care of right now or can wait a little while until I can get my funds together. I cannot recommend them enough and have recommended them to all my friends and family!
