I can’t say enough good things about Rick’s! I’m very particular about my car’s paint. I always hand wash, and do my own paint correction and ceramic coating to keep it looking new. When my car was damaged in a parking lot, I hoped to find a place that would match the paint well on the first try. Rick’s had great reviews, including from high-end car owners. Right from the start, Cassandra and Rick were great to work with and made me confident the outcome would be good. The estimate was prepared quickly. Rick’s did an outstanding job with the restoration of our vehicle after it was in an accident. They worked very hard to find replacement parts to keep our car original. They assisted with dealing with the insurance company. Their customer service was exceptional and involved us with the repair process as it evolved. Our Corvette was returned to us showroom new. We highly recommend Rick’s Collision and Refinishing. Five stars isn’t enough!

Being put into a situation where I unfortunately needed to do research on some collision repair shops in Tucson after sustaining somewhat extensive damage to my vehicle, I did some due diligence and was quite sure that Ricks Collision was where I would be the most satisfied with the needed repairs. Happy to say that my gut was 100% correct. They pay very close attention to detail and take great pride in their workmanship. I simply cannot recommend Rick's enough. If you have a car that needs repair in Tucson take it here. The work was fabulous and at a reasonable price. My insurance company was being difficult but they handled it all. Beyond all of this, from my first contact with them until the last one, I felt like I was family and not just a customer. And that, simply, is hard to find! My wife's vehicle needs some repairs and will I certainly will be taking it there. You should too, you will not be disappointed.

Rick’s collision is truly the best. I got a car accident with damages to my hood, bumper and headlight. They were able to restore the car and left it looking brand new! They even detailed the inside of the car. They have amazing customer service and attention to detail.
