The team at Ricks do outstanding work. They kept us informed through the whole process, they handled all insurance issues, and the end result was like new. Hopefully we'll never have go to a body shop again, but if we do, it's a no brainer, Rick's will be doing the job.

Great customer service! Despite missing my appointment, I called to reschedule and the guy on the phone was awesome to work with. Didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience (even though I know I was). When my vehicle was there for the service, they did a great job at a great price. Can’t thank Rick’s enough, I’ll recommend them to anyone.

Best garage I've ever been to. Each interaction I had - in person and over the phone - was so great. Jake was straightforward, efficient, and knowledgeable. He even remembered I went on vacation to the Adirondacks. I needed help with a dent in my car and now it looks like it was never there, plus the cost was lower than I'd expected. Also, Jake patiently helped me with a paint peeling issue (Honda recall) and finished everything a week earlier than I'd expected. As a female, I've mostly had negative experiences at dealerships and garages, and I am happy to report that Rick's Garage is super customer-friendly.
