Rick was very friendly, prompt and had a great professional attitude. I brought in a “vintage” Toyota that needed major cleaning with the interior and exterior. We were very pleased with the service. The prices plus tax were on the expensive side in all honesty but Rick’s professionalism and great customer service made it worth while! You will certainly be pleased!

Last November I purchased a car from a Toyota dealership in Tennessee and after the new car smell wore off, the car always had a weird odor that wouldn't go away, regardless of what I tried. That is, until I found Rick. He truly went above and beyond all my expectations and my car was like a new, showroom ready vehicle. The interior was immaculate and smelled incredible. He also helped me replace my internal air filter (which was disgusting). His price was incredibly fair and it's wonderful to know that such a service is available in Easton and on the Eastern Shore. I have since recommended him to all my friends and any businesses with car detailing needs. If you need your car to look and feel brand new for any and all occasions, look no further than Rick's!

Rick was nice and service was good. I sent my car to them with stained seats that have been that way for a few years so I know it took work to remove alot of those old stains. I had to subtract a 2 stars because pricing is steep and I still had noticeable crumbs on the side of my front seat door. Not sure if they take off car seats or just vacuum around them. Overall my stains are majority gone but crumbs are condition are still visible hope pictures help.

If you are serious about getting your classic car, daily driver, work truck or whatever detailed - do not waste your time with anyone else! Rick and his team are the real deal and I can't recommend them highly enough. I took my 1984 SL Mercedes to Rick to get it detailed before selling. Rick was able to remove road paint that had been caked on for years, buff out imperfections in the hood paint that i couldn't get out with a clay bar/polishing, and made the entire car shine like the day it came off the assembly line. I can't speak highly enough about Rick and his dedication to quality and customer service.
