I'd give 6 stars if I could. This place was worth the drive for us. They are very transparent with any issues/concerns. We were able to drop our camper off for repairs on a Saturday and by Monday they had already started working on it! I called multiple places in Lake Charles and never got a response in that time period (much less even all call back ever). They did an amazing job on the repair and we had our camper back I less than a month! I was hoping to at least have it back by November and they surpassed my expectations! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better place. We will be back when we are ready for a new camper or ever need repairs!

Rick's is the place to get your RV. They go above and beyond to make sure you and your new RV are good to go. We drove over 6 hours to get our RV from them (only place that had the model we wanted) and I would do it again. 100 out of 10 would recommend Rick's RV to anyone looking for a RV.

I would highly recommend Rick's RV Sales if you are looking to buy an RV. They are a family owned business and take pride in what they do! We were looking to buy a particular style travel trailer and after much shopping and being given the run-around we found Rick's RV. Tyler was quick to respond and his prices beat everything we could find. He guided us through all of our questions being very patient with us. They offered financing and even beat what we could find. Being over 5 hours away was not a problem for them. They understood and when we got there, we were just blown away. They had the trailer prepped and ready for us to view, gave us time to look and discuss. Ricks went above and beyond today. We had a leaf spring break on our fifth wheel. We called several different RV repair shops and no one wanted help us. After calling Rick's, he assured us that they could help us.They found the parts and had us back on the road in a few hours. This is how customer service should be done. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. We highly recommend them for any of your RV needs.
