Rick's Service Center

Took my 2012 Nissan Titan to shop for service. I also gave them the codes that displayed on the machine. My truck was at the shop for 2 months. The only time I received updates on my truck is when I physically stop by the shop to ask. The manager always had some type of excuse of why he didn't call. During the 2 months I only received 2 calls from the manager and that was because I started complaining. Paid over $2200 for the repair. The next day my vehicle had the same issues with the same codes. The manager told me that if I decide to take my truck somewhere to get a 2nd opinion, he wasn't going to give me a refund and the warranty wouldn't be valid. I am taking my truck to a dealership for a 2nd opinion. In addition to paying over $2200, when picking up my truck the engine light was on.

I had a terrible experience here. I brought my vehicle in on 2/23/2026 and waited 3 days for an update. After 4 days, I was charged $180 for a diagnostic and told not only that they couldn’t fix the issue, but that I couldn’t even drive it home and would need to have it towed, even though I had driven it there myself just fine. I then took it elsewhere, and another mechanic was able to repair it for $300. I understand shops charge for diagnostics, but I was disappointed with the delay, the outcome, and the lack of a workable solution... Then he calls me after reading this review and trys cussing me out and threatens me that if "he ever sees me in the streets he would do something." Extremely unprofessional. I don't recommend anyone waste their time or money here.

After I left an honest review, Mark who I guess is the owner at Rick's Service Center calls me and starts calling me a liar, starts cussing me out and threatens me with violence if "he sees me in the streets." This type of conduct is completely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how they treat their customers.

We've had all of our vehicles serviced and maintained at Rick's Service Center since 2018. I was on the hunt for a local shop that I could build a relationship with. I found it when I met Marc. He has always been straight forward with us and taken great care of our vehicles. We moved out of the country, but our adult children stayed in the area. It warms a mom's heart when there is a local shop that will maintain her children's vehicles. Marc is always available to chat about my kid's vehicles, what needs to be done, what we're going to address in the future, etc. My kids know, if they have an issue, call Marc!

Very poor customer service. Did not return multiple calls about service completion. A simple job took 3 day too long leaving me relying on friends.
