They do good work but the last two times I called and confirmed what time I could bring my car in, and I show up at the shop at the confirmed time. Only for them to ask me to bring it in on a different day because they are too busy. I stopped coming after the second time this happened.

I was buying a car, and was referred to Ricks and they gave me everything that was wrong and if it was necessary to fix some of the things. They fixed everything I needed and wanted in a day. Friendly, patient and explained everything very well. Sometimes mechanics try and get over on you, especially being a women and they assume you don't know, but Ricks tire and auto were honest and great to do work with. Thanks!!!
