Ricky's Tires Service

I had an amazing experience at Rickey’s Repair Shop, and I have to give a huge thank-you to Freddy for his incredible work! The entire drop-off and pick-up process was fast, smooth, and completely stress-free. Freddy kept me informed the whole time and had my car ready quicker than I expected. My rims look brand new, the tire repair was flawless, and the overall workmanship was truly top-notch. The convenience of being able to drop off my car and pick it up without any hassle made the whole experience even better. Freddy was professional, honest, and clearly an expert at what he does. I highly recommend Rickey’s Repair Shop—especially Freddy, for anyone looking for excellent service, flawless results, and real professionalism. I’ll definitely be returning for future repairs!

Reason I gave him 2 stars because his communication skills is off. I called them up. Explained what happened, and he was like, burst me off, and this is the owner Ricky. He says he's the owner that all started. When I came into his shop, bought a set of rims and I thought his tie prices were outrageous for new ones, but he assured me that he had used tires m day well. Okay, mind you, I spend fourteen hundred and some change dat day toyana's truth the new time, as he had would trash a brain. I never heard of it's okay. He got me going. I appreciate it then get far lost the middle cap to the rim. I think because he saw my plates that were from Virginia. But the car is from Virginia. I'm from Brooklyn and it was in no love in that place. It was just strictly business, which I is okay. Why are

For cars that don’t have tpms in their wheel I would not recommend this place. They would sell different season tires. Causing pressure monitor problems. And they called it the same thing. For a person that don’t know much about tire. Can be easily fooled by these people New or old. If they don’t have the seasonal type that matches other. They shouldn’t be selling or try to sell. Two week later. Found out they over tighten wheel nut causing it to strip and not loosen. And would not take responsibility. For thing they did Total expense paid to fix everything cost me about 1k

I came here to fix a nail in my right rear tire. The mechanic (Mexican guy in the shop) suggested replacing the tire instead of repairing it. He told me the price would be $170, and after bargaining, we agreed on $160. But when the bill came, it was around $180. I assumed it was just sales tax, so I paid and even gave him a $10 tip. When I got home and checked the receipt, I saw he actually charged me $165 + almost 9% tax, which was more than what we agreed on. This shop needs to be a man of their word and honor the price they promise. This kind of dishonest billing is not acceptable. Advice to future customers: • Always double-check your bill before paying. • Make sure the agreed price is written down. • Ask for a full breakdown of charges. I won’t be coming back, and I hope this shop

This place was great. Had the tires and guy taught me about alignment and balance. Showed me the balancing on the car needed to be fixed. Gave me 4 new tires and the car feels like youre riding on a cloud ☁️ 😶‍🌫️ 🚘 thanks guys
