Ricky’s Towing is our company’s go-to for all towing, heavy-duty and medium-duty truck repairs, and inspections. This family-owned business always takes incredible care of us and somehow manages to squeeze us in, even when it’s a complicated or tough repair job. Their crew is knowledgeable, dependable, and uses top-notch equipment. On top of that, their apparel shop is awesome — great people, great service, and hands down the best in the area for anything truck or towing related!

Honestly if i could give no star i would. Asked for Heavy Truck repair on a blown trailer tire told me instantly they dont do truck repairs. (Even though they advertise heavy truck repair). Lady who answered also didnt give me any information for any other location would do it. Mind you this happened on Route 2 what more business you could ask for be right next to the most busy commercial highway in MA. Dont bother calling look around first…

On the 12/22/25 at approximately 9:45pm , I was charged $500 for my towed vehicle going 10 minutes away from the breakdown and upon dropping my vehicle the tow driver damaged my vehicle rear end with a big noticeable dent while dropping off my vehicle at the mechanic yard. I heard a bang so I rush out from the tow truck and I saw a big dent on the rear passanger side. I confronted him and he got aggressive, rude and lied that the damage was already there. Poor service, poor customer service, I was overcharged. Won't recommend there service.

AVOID FOR INSPECTION!! Moved from out of state and just got my tags and registration from the RMV. Next step of inspection and go to Ricky's towing. Was the only one there and after a short wait they took payment (cash or check only), pulled the vehicle in and told me to wait in the room. About 5 minutes later I am told they can't conduct the inspection because the plate isn't from MA. Understandable. I say, it's in the passenger seat, mind throwing it on the back. They say they can't do that. Ok...somewhat understandable. I ask if I can borrow a screwdriver to take the 30 seconds to put on the new plate. Nope, can't do that either. Two guys sitting around and couldn't even let me borrow a screwdriver. Horrible!

Never been here before didn’t know where to go. Asked the guy doing the inspections he goes “ where the big sign is that says inspections” with a sarcastic tone in his voice. What terrible customer service and an awful way to welcome someone new. Gave my business to A and P where they actually know how to speak to people that are giving them their money and business.
