Friendly guys, quick and reliable service, very fair price (I don’t have full coverage and they still helped me), did a very nice job re-glueing my windshield and they even tried to help me with a few other problems my car was having!

Rico is the best around for glass/windshield repair! He was extremely kind and understanding the whole process. Compared to other companies (sateliite) etc he is 100000 percent better and does the service in a faster timeframe . He also Treats you like family and values your time and money . Not only was he incredibly friendly and professional, but he also generously offered services for free that would normally cost extra. Can not recommend this guy enough.

Rico’s was a real pleasure to work with. They returned my call on a Sunday within minutes, and processed my claim quickly. Replaced my windshield quickly and professionally at my home. Don’t listen to your insurance company who may try to push you to Safety Glass. Shout out to Chubb who didn’t try to pressure me into using Safety Glass. Very happy from start to finish.

Other places were taking up to 7 days for a windshield replacement. Called Rico's, they ordered the glass for my car and installed it the next day. Very pleased with the service, communication and most importantly quick turn around.

Above and beyond service with same day replacement!! Broke my windshield late at night just 2 days before I had to catch a flight and wouldn’t be back until a week later. I called early in the morning and made it clear that I was on a time crunch and would need it done by the next morning before 5am for my flight. I knew I was asking for almost the impossible as others had already told me they couldn’t do it in time. Rico and his team went above and beyond to help me out by ordering the windshield and saying they would try to come out and replace it IF the windshield got delivered later that day. It also helped that I had a pretty generic make and model car (Toyota Tacoma). They (2 people) came all the way to where I was located in Gloucester and was finished within 30 min! I am forever ap
