I came into riddles looking to design the ring of my dreams and with Nicholas's help it all came true! They were awesome with understanding my Vision as well as making it happen! They also made sure I got exactly what I wanted and fixed an issue when another company did it wrong! What an incredible business they are and they truly care about their customers and treat them as family!
I am a longtime customer of Riddles jewelry store and have made several purchases there. I have always appreciated the wonderful customer service I receive from Fawn and her associates. Today I purchased another ring from Nicholas whom I found to be very helpful. I actually went into Riddles last to get a battery changed in my watch and seen this ring, thought about it and came in today to purchase it.
