Ride-n-Shine Car Wash

Husband dropped my car off for a basic clean, inside and out, with the price they charge I didn’t expect it to be PERFECT, but what I was left with is actually insane. Windows still had handprints from the kids, back cup holders were never touched, they sprayed to cleaned and then never wiped it so it dried that way, second and third row seats not wiped or vacuumed, parts of the car not touched with a vacuum, put the third row mat in backwards and then shut the seats over it so it ripped a whole in it AND my favorite part which is how I even noticed the damaged mat was they put all my carpets in STILL WET so my car smells like rotten eggs and I’m trying to avoid mold now. We’ve taken a whole bunch of cars here over the years and always said it was worth the price and suggested to everyone

I brought my car there today to have it DETAILED! What I got was an extremely poor job, I specifically asked to have the back of my car vacuumed it was not touched and my back window was never cleaned… they vacuumed my cup holders BUT not the gear shift next to it.. full of dirt… my windshield was only cleaned below the rear view mirror.. the inside of my doors were never touched.. If this is what ya’ll call detailed, you haven’t been trained properly, I DETAILED cars as a teenager and did a WAY better job!!! Sorry I gave them a tip because I trusted they had done a good job, I Will not be back!

Set up an appointment to have the car, detailed for acid wash. At the end of the day, it was not ready. Went to pick it up the next morning, was not able to get to it because the owner forgot about his child’s graduation and had to attend, which wasnt an issue but was told car would be ready by the end of the day. Called at 4 o’clock to check on status of the car and was told he had cleaned one window and would be done with the other windows by the end of the day an hour later went to pick up the car and only one window had been cleaned, and it was not a good job. Was informed that the acid solution they were using had gotten diluted by one of the employees and he didn’t have enough product Left to finish the job. Needless to say, he had the car for two days and did not complete the job .

They are busy and pick and choose customers based on the how much work the vehicle is. Don't go on Friday or Saturday if ur car is dirty. So I'm sure service must be good if ur car is already clean. Remember if dirty no Friday or Saturday service.

I was very disappointed with how my SUV turned out. The rims were still dirty, and the top of my vehicle wasn't rinsed off well.
