Very painless experience. Got a CB750 (fantastic bike!!) and the team was easy to work with. Kelly, "the girl from the chat", got all the paperwork together easy peasy. She made it a point to come out and introduce herself in person when I arrived to finalize the purchase - which I thought was a nice human touch. Dre, my sales person, was very calm, not pushy at all, and answered the few questions I had no problem. He laughed at my terrible jokes and admitted when he didn't know something. He also didn't attempt to upsell me any gear or warranties - which I found very refreshing. If you want to work with Dre, just look for the most gigantic man you've ever seen, that'll be him. Been to three dealerships and Ridenow is the most professional and with the best price. They have a great team coordination. I came down from Arkansas to purchase a Kawasaki 160Lx for the season ending sale on my first jet ski. Never rode on one before. Their entire team was so accommodating and treated me with much respect. We settled on a price over text and I drove down to get it. The additional 48 month extended insurance was a great price. At another competitive dealership on a Sea Doo in Tulsa, they wanted to charge me $2500 for an extended warranty on a Sea Die, yes the spelling was intentional. I found what I wanted on their site. They were more than helpful in getting me what I wanted and working with me to make things work. They got my approval done and paperwork started all over the phone during the busy holidays. I drove all the way from Baton Rouge to Tallahassee and arrived at an extremely busy shop, I let them know I arrived and they made the time to get me in between deals to wrap up my paperwork and get me back on the road. Had a wonderful experience with this team. From my first call with Mandy to the final sell with Jon, they were excellent to work with. My situation also took slightly more care as I was buying from Central Florida, not in Tallahassee or Leon County. They helped me navigate all the issues, finalized all the paperwork, and transferred the new bike to a sister location closer to my home. Loving my new ride (any day on two wheels is a great day), and Mandy & Jon made it possible.
