Recommend this towing company for all of your towing and recovery needs. Great owner and great operators. Friendly, honest, straight forward and have never turned down a tow for me. They are my first call for my company for EVERY towing need.

Requested a winch-out and was told I’d receive a quote before work began. Due to poor cell service, I couldn’t send photos, but that was communicated up front. They initially sent a truck that was too large and had to return to swap vehicles. The second truck completed the recovery successfully. Afterward, I was quoted: • $150 clean-up fee • $250 after-hours fee • $1,350 off-road recovery I was shocked by the recovery charge and asked if payment could be delayed until Monday so I could get manager approval. I never refused to pay. The owner, Keith, called and immediately became hostile, raised his voice, and threatened legal action when I questioned the price and mentioned I never received the promised quote beforehand. Rider towing towed my 42 foot motor coach from Blairsville to Cleveland Ga. after a mechanical issue. Keith arrived on time with the proper truck for the job. He was very meticulous and detail oriented with the set up and hook up to assure my rig would not be damaged in any way. This tow included a difficult route over blood mountain and the Rider team executed the move flawlessly! These folks are exceptional professionals that are experts at their trade. Amazing scenery + Soft shoulder = BAD DAY! I love coming up to these mountains and seeing the beauty of creation but from now on I’ll be stopping my truck to admire it. Keith and Brian did an amazing job! They answered after no one else would and they were there in record time considering where I was located. They handled this extraction with ease! Very professional. They had the skills and proper equipment for the task. If I’m ever in need of wrecker service again Rider Towing will be my first call.

If I could give them a 10, I would. My 37', 9000lb trailer blew over in a tornado at Old Federal Campground on Lake Lanier. I didn't think anyone would be able to flip it back....but I was wrong. I found out about Rider through my insurance company. They came right out the next day and had all the big equipment you need to do this job. One included a Rotator (I think). A big truck with a crane. The team went to work and had it flipped over in no time. All the members on the team were extremely helpful and nice. When they got done I looked to see what else I needed to clean up...and they had already done all of it. And it was a mess. Thanks so much, Rider, for providing a great service in a very difficult time.
