Rideshare Carz

My experience with Rideshare Carz has been an absolute nightmare and a blatant lesson in corporate indifference. After ending my rental, I was due a standard refund of my security deposit. Weeks passed with no refund in sight. I have now made no less than 10 separate calls to their customer service line, spending hours on hold each time. Every agent gives the same scripted response: "The refund is being processed," or "Please allow 7-10 more business days." It is nothing but empty promises and intentional stalling. There is no escalation path, no supervisor available, and no sense of accountability whatsoever. This goes beyond poor service—it feels like theft. Wish I could leave no stars. This company's website and payment options are very inconvenient. They do not offer 24-hour support and, depending on the circumstances, may leave you in dangerous situations. While it may seem like a great idea, they charge fees for everything, and even if you are making decent money doing Uber or Lyft, you won't really see it paying for their rental. I write this while literally stuck at a gas station in a bad area at 3:00 in the morning. This is after I called the company and tried to make a payment, which was refused due to their primitive billing system and the lack of an online payment option after office hours.

The lady by the name of Kendall was very sweet. When a white male customer walked into the front desk the African men and a slim tall black guy greeted him but ignored me. It would be a zero for the guys and a 5 for Kendall. She was very accommodating and quick to respond.

I’ve been renting a Kia K4 from RideShare Carz for a while now and my experience has been exceptional! I’ve had absolutely no problems or issues with the service or staff. They have very nice vehicles to choose from, including Teslas, for very reasonable prices. When it’s time for maintenance, they get you in and out quickly cause everything , plus insurance, is included in your rental. Awesome place!!!

I’ve been with this company since October every time I call they are very professional, very nice and helpful with any questions I may have. The cars are very clean I literally never have problems with the cars like at all every time I need a oil change it gets fixed for free if I need new tires it gets fixed we don’t have to wait at all for them to approve it, they have they own mechanic that fix the cars and they get it done the same day, but like I said the cars are amazing never no problems if the headlights go out go out it gets fixed same day but, They are a really good company and you can tell they care about they cars and not go put you in just anything to get your money. Great company!!!!
