Met with manager at the plaza, quick transaction, and went across the street to retrieve vehicle near the blue building. The manager was nice. Not sure if they have an office in the plaza, because we met in our vehicles, which was a little weird (maybe because of Covid?), but we got the car back! That's what counts!
Gentleman came to the toll plaza to change a blown out tire on my U-Haul trailer. Arrived quickly and changed the tire just as fast. Very professional and friendly thank you for your timely service and getting me back on the road.
I would give 0 stars if possible, but the lowest I can give is 1 star. All I asked for was a chance to get my house keys before I got got my truck out of impound, but they wouldn't even let me do that. It's a giant money grab, guess that's why they got caught up in the Sheriff Buncich towing scandal.....
