The communication had a huge breakdown. They say they have a text line but never respond. I called and left messages and nobody calls back. When I finally got a text they were very passive aggressive about it. Look if you got $$ for eyes and got yourself too busy to handle customers correctly and in a timely fashion then maybe you shouldn't have a text line or hire another secretary to handle calls. I left my car for a whole day to get done and they acted like it was an issue to leave it another day... um get more people to work, I need my car to work I took off a whole day and they barely looked at it. Then when picked up estimate not even ready and asked questions and was told not to even worry about those things... I have asked other shops and they all tell me oh ya basic tuneup needs

Great auto repair shop. Great customer service, always willing to explain repairs, get time turn around to get scheduled for service as well as getting service completed, and great prices. My experiences with the shop have exceptional compared to what I have experienced with other shops in the area. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with this garage. The person who set my appointment knew more about car repair than any other front desk person I’ve ever talked to. They were prompt and professional and answered every question I had. The mechanic even called me to explain the repair. Prices were fair. I will take my cars here from now on, it was a really nice experience.

Adam, is super friendly and great service. Had a wealth of knowledge and wasn’t just trying to make as much as he can off a car like most mechanics! Good personal guy! The kind of mechanic you’d continue to go to for years. Staff was responsive, efficient and friendly.

Owner was extremely knowledgeable, had a great attitude and went above and beyond. Vehicle maintenance isn't much fun, but this was a nice experience. Gave me a fair quote, work was accurate and fast. I highly recommend this business. They know what they are doing and what they are talking about. You won't be disappointed. Check them out!!
