Hello! Brandon worked with my father because I don’t know much about trucks. He did SUCH a good job communicating with him. I am so grateful he was willing to talk to my father as first line of communication. Brandon and his whole team displayed excellent customer service. I also feel like I walked away with a brand new truck. The team did all of the work I asked about & then some more. They really went above and beyond. My truck is in the best shape it has ever been in. I recommend to all those other young people out there who have no idea what they’re doing, because Brandon will help you and make it affordable. When I got rear-ended I was dreading having to deal with a repair shop, but Riegel did a fantastic job. They got me in quickly for an estimate, and the repair was completed faster than expected. They took their time explaining everything to me, took care of dealing with getting paid by the other driver’s insurance, and kept me updated during the process. My insurance company had recommended them, the other driver’s insurance said they were a good choice, and even the rental car company who picked me up commented on how great they are. Also, they're just super friendly and honest. Definitely pick them.

Riegel did a great job with my car. Getting an estimate was fast and easy. They called to remind me of my appointment. They finished the car quickly, and the end product was good. The customer service is very good. I have used them several times over the years--they always to a good job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
